During this process, a physical exam is conducted that focuses largely on infection. We will review your vaccination history as well as do several health screenings for conditions such as tuberculosis, syphilis, and other transmittable diseases.
It is important to have all your required vaccinations, which can vary by age, but we will review and discuss with you the best options for vaccinations if needed.
Once your exam is complete, Dr. Kasendorf will fill out the form and send it to be processed.
